well well well, if it isn’t another episode about the television show, called lost. THIS WEEK we meet a whole new friend! his name is Desmond, and turns out, he’s kind of a huge jerk this whole episode! (it’s Season 3, Episode 17, btw… titled Catch-22.) we also riff on some nonsense for a while, as we usually do; talk about religion, as lost usually does; and revel in getting to see Charlie die about 8 million times. it’s a little show… called the Island Shuffle. and thanks for listening!

well well well……. this might be it. this could very well be the worst episode we’ve watched yet. it’s Season 3, Episode 14… Exposé. we meet Nikki and Paolo, who were juuust off camera of all the important things that happened through the series. through it all, they had one thing on their mind… money, baby. diamonds. this is probably the least tangential episode yet, because there’s so much to unpack about how much of a failure this episode is at being fun to watch. why not listen to us gripe and grouse about it for forty some minutes?

make way for our new protagonist. sawyer’s out, and juliet’s in!!!! it’s season 3 episode 7, titled Not In Portland. we’re back in the classic prison cages. doctor jack only has an hour to save ben’s life in the OR, but he won’t until his best friends are safe and sound!! good thing he knows the secret artery that takes exactly one hour to kill when severed. meanwhile in the past, we learn about Juliet’s Past. how’d she get so good at murder? well, she wasn’t always so cold, y’know. hard to believe, but it’s true. we also talk about…

welcome back. this week we’re talking about The Other Woman — it’s our first season 4 episode, and it’s all about Juliet. she’s the Other Woman, and she does some homewreckin’ in the past, some classic good soap opera drama. in the present, a plot to poison the entire island (?????) is thwarted by the gang, and frankly it coulda been thwarted way earlier if our heroes could just… talk to each other. other non-lost topics include the emoji movie, youtube comments, and corporations.

the show you love. it’s true, it’s here. we’re stayin in the prison arc, backin up a bit to Season 3, Episode 2, titled The Glass Ballerina, our first episode spent with Sun and Jin!! we travel to korea and learn about how marriage isn’t easy, while the red sox win the world series and sayid hatches a bad plan. meanwhile, james reminisces about my favourite martian, and bean gets mad at jeb bush?? i dunno. podcasting is hard.
